The Taizhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has announced its list of municipal-level enterprise technology centers for 2025, with three companies from the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, included.
They are Jiangsu Xingchange Special Steel Pipe, Jiangsu Dongfang Ninesky New Energy Materials, and Jiangsu Hutchin Automated equipment.

In recent years, the zone has built a well-established ecosystem for scientific and technological innovation, focusing on key areas such as new materials, new energy, and intelligent manufacturing.
The zone has taken multiple measures such as policy support, platform building, and industry-university-research cooperation to stimulate the innovation vitality of locally based enterprises.
In 2025, 12 small industrial enterprises in the zone were classified as enterprises above designated size. It also added four specialized and sophisticated "little giants", which develop innovative and unique products, as well as 29 high-tech enterprises and 62 high-value invention patents last year.
Looking ahead, the zone will continue to strengthen the leading position of enterprises in technological innovation and promote more enterprises to make breakthroughs in key core technologies.
