Construction has begun on Huangqiao Station of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway.
Located in Yewu village, Huangqiao town, Taixing, Jiangsu province, the station has a floor area of 5,997 square meters and a maximum capacity of 1,000 people.
The total height of the station building is 17 m, with a one-story waiting hall at its center and two floors of functional rooms on both sides. The supporting facilities include signal towers, dormitory buildings, parking lots, and maintenance work areas.

The topping out of Huangqiao Station is scheduled for the end of October 2026, followed by decoration and renovation work, according to the head of the Huangqiao Station project.
The Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway is set to pass through Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing, and Sichuan, with a total length of about 2,100 kilometers and a designed speed of 350 km per hour. Huangqiao station is located in the railway's Taixing section, which is about 28 km long.
