In recent years, the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing, a county-level city under Taizhou, Jiangsu province, has continually enhanced its energy budget management system for key energy-consuming enterprises, guiding them to improve energy efficiency.
Regarding the issue of unclear electricity accounts and the challenge of purchasing green electricity for enterprises with an annual energy consumption of 1,000 tons of standard coal and above, the zone's enterprise service department collaborated with the local power supply station. They organized registration information, verified historical electricity data, and identified the problem's root cause on site.
The zone has also provided guidance to enterprises to improve and update their information, provide detailed explanations of green electricity trading policies and application conditions, helping them open up green electricity procurement channels.
The zone has also made efforts to promote local enterprises to adjust their energy consumption structures, upgrade equipment, and train employees to become energy engineers.
