Huierxin Machinery (Taixing) in Jiangsu province has built an intelligent research and development manufacturing base for wind power equipment, becoming a model for the integrated development of high-end equipment manufacturing and green new energy industry.
Located in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, the company settled in the zone in 2013 and was recognized as a national high-tech company.
The project, covering a land area of 32 hectares, has achieved breakthroughs in production processes and material research and development thanks to its pioneering global technologies.

The company has collaborated with professor Ye Peiqing from Tsinghua University to develop an intelligent assembly line for wind power equipment. The assembly line is equipped to automatically generate comprehensive production reports and fault logs. It includes a self-diagnostic function and facilitates seamless integration of robust and intelligent features.
The QT700-10 material, developed in collaboration with professor Chen Xiang from Tsinghua University, has been applied to key components of wind power, resulting in a 20 percent reduction in product costs and a 10 percent reduction in material use.

The company has developed intelligent molding equipment for the production of crucial components utilized in wind power applications, establishing itself as a pioneer in this technological domain on a global scale. This improves the product's material performance by 20 percent, increases production efficiency by 50 percent, and reduces production costs by 20 percent, enhancing the efficiency and quality of wind power component manufacturing.
The manufacturing line for key components has been engineered to establish a fully automated, data-driven and intelligent process encompassing all stages from molding to testing, while also realizing zero atmospheric emissions.
