Jiangsu Haodi Biotechnology, located in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, received its change-of-construction-project-planning permit in just two days, with the help of the zone's project service department.
The company is a key emerging scientific and technological innovation enterprise in the zone, engaged mainly in technology promotion and food production.
Due to project planning adjustments, the company urgently needed to change its permit. The standard process is slow and tedious, meaning a high likelihood of project delays.
"I thought it would take at least one week to finish, but the service department worked weekends to help us prepare materials. It was quite efficient," said Zhong Jian, project leader of the company.
On March 20, after learning about the company's situation during a visit, the staff of the zone's project service department launched a one-on-one service mechanism and arranged for dedicated personnel to provide continuous follow-up.
