The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing, East China's Jiangsu province, is emerging as a preferred destination for enterprises.
The zone aims to secure over 40 new contracts for projects worth over 100 million yuan ($14.7 million) each in 2026. It also plans to commence construction on more than 20 such projects and complete at least 15. This expansion is driven by the zone's commitment to consistently improving the local business environment.
Efficiency revolution, targeted policy, and heart-felt service are becoming the key pillars of the zone's competitive edge in terms of fostering a more favorable business environment.
The "heartfelt service" is primarily reflected by the zone's efforts to streamline the approval process to ensure projects can start construction immediately after land acquisition. For instance, Jiangsu Taifu Welding Technology obtained the construction permit for its project with an investment of 500 million yuan within 16 days from acquiring land. This high level of efficiency allowed the company to save significant time and costs.
The zone's "task force plus specialist" service model meets all business lifecycle needs, achieving a faster approval process with all the companies involved satisfied. With a one-stop service center, businesses can resolve complex issues efficiently, reinforcing the zone as an ideal location for investors.
