Binjiang town, which is home to Taixing Economic Development Zone, is promoting efforts to develop local featured agriculture as part of its efforts to be a green and modern agriculture park.
Located at the core area of the Yangtze River Ecological Corridor in Jiangsu province, Binjiang town will leverage its advantages to develop ecological planting, as well as rice and shrimp breeding. It will attract more investment in building an intelligent glass greenhouse to plant cherries.

In addition, Binjiang town is striving to build a Strawberry Town in the park and promote the construction of the sprouting vegetable base.
To date, the park is home to four companies and nine farmer cooperatives, which has helped more than 2,000 people obtain jobs and has improved the collective salary of local villagers by more than 1.5 million yuan ($217,722).
Moving forward, Binjiang town will actively attract fruitful agriculture projects to promote long-term income growth.
