The 2025 Jiangsu Football City League, fondly dubbed "Suchao", has taken the country by storm and if you come to Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province to watch the matches, noodles are an unmissable local delicacy.
Fish soup noodles are known as a key feature in Taizhou's zaocha, or early morning tea. White soup, paired with cooked lard and white pepper powder, makes the noodles look so tempting. The warm and delicious taste makes the whole body feel comfortable.
