The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Taixing, a county-level city administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province, has set up a service center for business establishment in Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone.
The opening of the center is expected to provide more convenient services to start-up businesses. In addition, the bureau has cooperated with local banks and established windows providing business start-up agency services in 92 bank branches throughout the city.
The bureau has also established a joint business handling area with six official departments, including the taxation, public security, as well as human resources and social security departments, providing services covering establishment registration, official seal engraving, bank account opening, invoice type verification, and opening of social security and provident fund accounts.

The city's excellent entrepreneurial ecosystem is expected to stimulate the vitality of various business entities. In the first quarter of the year, 1,288 new enterprises were established in Taixing, up 9.71 percent year-on-year, achieving a good start in registration numbers.
