Xinghua city – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – recently opened a special dedicated office space, in a bid to help relieve entrepreneurs of their financial and other pressing burdens.

Established by Xinghua's administrative examinations and approvals bureau, the space is adjacent to the e-commerce industry concentration area in the city. Resident companies can enjoy rent-free accommodation for the first year and then the rent is halved for the next two years.

The space can also provide free services such as vocational skills training and legal assistance for settled companies.

Jiangsu Red Cream Crab Co Ltd settled early in the space following its establishment. Wang Jiping, director of the company, felt confident in selling fresh, sweet and plump hairy crabs to various parts of the country as it's now a golden season for the crabs.

"The space is aimed at people who lack funds and resources - such as college graduates, retired soldiers and people with disabilities," said Chen Yuanrong, an official from the bureau.

In addition to providing a home for the businesses, the space can also provide full-process free services – such as business registrations, bank appointments and account openings during an enterprise's establishment process.
