Jiang Heng, general manager of Taizhou Anjoy Food, located in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, Xinghua, Jiangsu province, has dedicated efforts over the past 13 years to assist the company in becoming an industry benchmark.
This modern company, covering 9.2 hectares, was an empty lot 13 years ago. In 2012, Jiang came to Xinghua and embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Since then, the first and second phases of Anjoy's factory have been put into operation, and the third phase, under construction, will be completed in the middle of this year.
Jiang has guided his team in overcoming technical difficulties and has established collaborative platforms linking industry, academia and research institutions with universities across the province. By capitalizing on the unique aquatic resources of the watery city, he has also developed several innovative products that are thriving in the national market.

Jiang, who is also a provincial model worker and industry leader, has remained committed to the original goal of using enterprise development to drive regional growth.
He led the improvement of the regional industrial chain layout, promoted the upgrading of surrounding supporting industries, and assisted Xinghua in building a health food industry cluster, thereby injecting strong momentum into rural vitalization.
