Xinghua in Jiangsu province has launched an on-site inspection checklist system to help improve the quality and efficiency of project construction.
In the past, on-site inspections were usually carried out after land acquisition, which often put enterprises in a passive position. Now the city has implemented a system throughout the entire process of land acquisition, supply, and approval, which can help with the early detection and disposal of problems.
Through standardized and inventory based on-site inspections, precise project site selection is identified, land acquisition scope is clarified, land use planning conditions are formulated in advance, and design problems are investigated from the source.
This system takes into account various influencing factors such as land acquisition and supply in advance, solves problems in the front-end stage, and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of planning approval.
The system has received positive feedback from local enterprises since its implementation. "Thanks to the advance reminder of the checklist, our design proposal was approved in one go," said Zhu Youcai, head of Jiangsu Yishengyuan Food.
