An unveiling ceremony for the Youth Farmer Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park was held recently in Xinghua city – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – to boost rural vitalization.
In recent years, Xinghua city has leveraged the role of experienced agricultural technology personnel to offer one-on-one guidance for young farmers.
The demonstration park is situated in the Tangzhuang Shiguo agricultural ecological experience zone in the city's Chenbao town.
Its establishment was considered under the premise of fully considering local agricultural culture, industrial advantages, and typical entrepreneurial models by Xinghua city.
Xinghua aims to create 100 youth entrepreneurship bases and cultivate 100 young entrepreneurs within the next three years, thus promoting agricultural efficiency and rural ecology while boosting farmers' incomes, said Shao Guoyu, director of Xinghua's bureau of agriculture and rural affairs.
