Xinghua in East China's Jiangsu province held a promotional conference on the joint construction and sharing of green energy on Oct 7.
During the conference, Xinghua Economic Development signed contracts with Daiyao, Dazou, Yongfeng, and Daying towns to establish Xinghua Jingkai Green Energy Joint Venture Management and signed an authorization operation agreement with the newly established joint venture company.
Xinghua Southeast Urban Construction Investment signed contracts with Zhouzhuang, Taozhuang, Zhuhong, and Shenlun towns to establish Xinghua Dainan Green Energy Joint Venture Management and signed an authorized operation agreement with the newly established joint venture company.
This will further strengthen regional coordination and government-enterprise cooperation, boosting the city's green energy development.
Chen Fengjian, Xinghua's Party secretary, said that green energy projects are projects with the fastest effect to advance town development. He added that the cooperation will further enhance the economic and social benefits of green power development, and continuously expand the city's distinctive, efficient, and sustainable path of high-quality development and industrialization.
Wang Yong, secretary of the Party working committee of the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, stated that the zone will use Xinghua Jingkai Green Energy Joint Venture Management as a platform to coordinate resources and prioritize the phased promotion of green energy projects in areas with mature conditions.
Since the first batch of 30 distributed photovoltaic power generation projects were successfully connected to the grid on May 30, Xinghua has continued to increase efforts in the construction of green energy projects throughout the city.
