Since the first science and technology innovation conference held in August last year, 11 sci-tech innovation projects have now been completed or are in trial operation in Xinghua, East China's Jiangsu province.
Taizhou Sirui Zengcai Technology is the 11th newly established sci-tech innovation enterprise, located in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone.
The company was founded by Professor Yan Ming and his team from Southern University of Science and Technology. It is a national titanium alloy green 3D printing enterprise incubated and established by Jiaxing research institute of the university.
The company's primary innovation is the independently developed metal cold forming powder technology, which facilitates the effective recycling of titanium, titanium alloy particle waste, and titanium chips, turning waste into valuable resources.
This technology uses scraps of titanium and titanium alloy as raw materials, which are crushed and directly ball milled, thereby lowering raw material costs and preparation expenses.
Compared to traditional industries, science and technology innovation projects possess stronger technological capabilities, more prominent talent advantages, and more open cooperation capabilities. These factors are crucial in driving scientific and technological progress, according to the Xinghua science and technology bureau.
