The Xinghua Compound Seasoning and Specialty Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Cluster was recently included in the list of Selected Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Characteristic Industrial Clusters in Jiangsu Province for 2025.
The Xinghua Economic Development Zone in Xinghua, Jiangsu, is home to the largest amount of enterprises in the cluster.
Established in 1992, the zone is one of the first national agricultural industrialization demonstration bases, a characteristic industrial cluster in Jiangsu province, and an innovation base for China's health food industry.
Health food is the main pillar industry in the zone, and a relatively complete industrial chain has been formed, covering seasoning, agricultural and sideline product processing, leisure foods, dairy products, pre-made dishes, and functional foods.
