A surge of enthusiasm for project construction can be seen this spring in Xinghua, Jiangsu province. Behind the accelerated progress of each project is the strong support of the city's full lifecycle service mechanism.
The high frequency welding square tube production line project, an expansion project settled in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, once came to a standstill due to land issues. After reporting the issue, the city's natural resources planning department rapidly promoted exploration and site selection, resulting in it only taking two working days from submitting the land use request to completing the site selection.
Meanwhile, the city has established a mechanism covering problem feedback, time limited processing, and closed-loop processing to promote the rapid handling of any problems that may arise.
Townships and industrial parks collect enterprise demands, while the city's project department categorizes and assigns requests, specifying the processing time limit. For especially challenging issues, the city's leaders will supervise progress throughout the process.
Ninety ongoing projects in Xinghua are now progressing at full speed, with Dainan town and the Xinghua EDZ serving as the main areas for project construction, undertaking 20 and 25 projects, respectively.
