The 2026 Xinghua Spring Economic and Trade Fair took place on March 28 in Xinghua, Jiangsu province, showcasing the city's industrial strength, favorable policies, and investment potential.
The event attracted more than 160 entrepreneurs and business professionals from both at home and abroad, with over 140 participants attending Xinghua for the first time.
A land handover ceremony for 15 key cooperation projects was held on-site, covering functional fibers, intelligent alloy products, high-temperature alloys, special materials, intelligent sensors, health food, and new materials.
Chen Fengjian, Party secretary of Xinghua, said that Xinghua has distinct industrial characteristics and a solid industrial economic foundation. It has been selected as one of the top 100 county-level economic cities in China for consecutive years. It has developed a distinctive industrial system, including stainless steel, health food and precision casting.
Wang Yong, an official from the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, introduced his zone's industrial ecological advantages, including raw material procurement, comprehensive logistics support, inspection and testing series, funding assistance and full-cycle offerings.
A businessman from Zhejiang-based Celefish said he is looking forward to joining hands with Xinghua to explore greater investment potential and value through digital fish tank construction and coordinated production and sales allocation, achieving better development.
