The shared inspection laboratory for meat small and micro food enterprises in Xinghua, a county-level city under Taizhou, Jiangsu province, started operations on July 1, becoming the first public welfare professional testing platform in Taizhou for this field.
Leveraging the shared inspection laboratory, Xinghua has pioneered an integrated approach to cold chain logistics. This closed-loop system connects enterprise inspections, cold chain transport, professional testing, risk feedback, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Enterprises can make online appointments, retrieve reports, and enjoy a green channel for quick inspection of urgent orders, significantly reducing service costs.
Since the trial operation, the laboratory has served more than 30 enterprises, intercepted unqualified products in the first time, and provided on-site traceability and guidance on process optimization. This promotes enterprises to shift from passive rectification to active prevention and control, making the local meat product sampling failure rate continue to decline.
