The 2026 Xinghua Qianduo Rapeseed Flower Tourism Festival opened on March 14, welcoming visitors to the iconic Qianduo Scenic Area as the spring bloom season begins.
Although the rapeseed flowers are still in their early blooming stage, clusters of tender yellow buds scattered among the waterways have already begun to paint a delicate and lively spring scene.
Visitors strolled along narrow paths between fields of flowers or took boat rides through the crisscrossing water lanes.

A series of folk cultural performances added to the festive atmosphere. Highlights included a powerful dragon dance, lively yangko dances, and energetic waist drum routines.
Traditional acts such as Lianxiang stick dancing also took the stage, earning warm applause from the audience. The procession later moved through the scenic area, bringing the celebration to different corners of the park.

To enhance the visitor experience, the scenic area has introduced multiple varieties of rapeseed flowers with staggered blooming periods this year, extending the overall flowering season and offering a longer window for tourists to enjoy the landscape.
