The Xinghua Economic Development Zone, located in Xinghua city in East China's Jiangsu province, has visited local manufacturers recently to disseminate network security knowledge, in a bid to help protect the legitimate rights of enterprises.
On June 20, local officials paid a visit to Liansheng Precision Steel Casting Co Ltd and introduced common network infringement activities and examples, such as people tampering with expired websites of enterprises in order to establish illegal websites.
Basic knowledge such as examples of harmful information and the damage caused, as well as the scope of acceptance, and the detailed ways of providing tip-offs, were introduced.
Local officials also encouraged staff members to enhance their network security awareness and actively get involved in supervising illegal network activities and preventing the spread of harmful information.
This serves as a practical guide to help enterprise employees navigate the internet more safely while protecting their rights.
