Guangdong Jiahao Food Co and Taizhou Dingchun Food Co will jointly fund the establishment of Shanghai Jiahao Dingfu Food Marketing Co Ltd.
The two companies held a signing ceremony to formalize the agreement at the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province, on July 10.
They are both leading enterprises in the condiments industry and are members of the zone's Green and Health Food Industry Alliance.
Guangdong Jiahao Food Co owns five well-known food brands and operates in over 60 product categories. It is also the drafting unit responsible for national industry standards for chicken sauce, mustard sauce and beef sauce.
Taizhou Dingchun Food Co has been engaged in the business of food seasoning for over 20 years.
Their cooperation marks a new step forward in terms of the integration of the industrial chain, and the two companies will leverage their respective advantages to help upgrade the industry and optimize the allocation of resources.
Since it was established last year, the Green and Health Food Industry Alliance has moved to enhance the interconnection between upstream and downstream industries in the industrial chain, in a bid to form a friendly ecosystem for the health food industry.
