The Taixing Economic Development Zone in Taixing, Jiangsu province, has created a new path of safety governance that adapts to the characteristics of the fine chemical industry by advancing fine, professional, digital, full-staff, physical management, as well as management based on standardized protocols.
These six highlights are tailored to a practical and closed-loop safety management system based on the 21.91-square-kilometer chemical industrial park, which has been ranked among the top 10 chemical industrial parks in China for 12 consecutive years.
On the large screen of the zone's command center, 352 risk points are visible in real-time. The zone's entire area has been divided into eight security inspection areas. The division of work among the leadership team and the responsibilities of inspectors have been listed to prevent any work interruptions.

A three-dimensional perception network has been established in the zone. For instance, 11 panoramic AR cameras, 22 high-altitude fire point monitoring cameras, combined with drone cruising, achieve risk response in seconds.
