The 2025 evaluation results for Class C tourist homestays in Jiangsu province have recently been announced. Xiaoyang Renjia Bird's Nest Homestay in Jiangyan district, Taizhou, and Luhuali Homestay in Xinghua, Taizhou, were successfully chosen.
These homestays provide high-quality service, unique regional features, and full amenities.
The first accommodation features eight rooms and 13 beds, along with a 200-square-meter courtyard. Guests can enjoy comfortable lodging while also exploring the beauty of wetland ecology firsthand and experiencing rural leisure.
The name "Bird's Nest" for the homestay originates from Jiangyan's policy aimed at attracting talents back home. It encourages more college graduates to return for work or entrepreneurship, using their knowledge to help build beautiful rural areas.
The second homestay is located in Xuwei village, Qianduo town, Xinghua, next to Xumahuang Wetland Scenic Area. It draws inspiration from the local water town style and merges regional cultural elements into its architecture and interior design, providing guests with a peaceful and cozy water town experience. Visitors can also delve deeper into Xinghua's cultural history through this setting.
