The feast opens with a cup of fragrant tea to wake up the palate, followed by Taizhou's beloved "morning tea treasures": silky shredded tofu mixed with fresh secret brine, rich crab roe buns oozing with savory, juicy filling, and slow-simmered fish soup noodles made with fresh crucian carp, eel bones and pork bones for a mellow, warming finish.
